Water Chestnuts Wrapped In Bacon
1 Can Water Chestnuts, drained 1/2 Soy Sauce 1 cup Brown Sugar 1/4 to 1/2 lb Bacon, cut into 3 inch pieces
In a small bowl, soak water chestnuts in soy sauce for 2 hours. In another small bowl, add brown sugar. Roll water chestnuts in brown sugar and wrap with bacon, securing with toothpicks and place on a cookie sheet lined with foil. Broil in oven 2-4 minutes on each side or until bacon is cooked through.
