Spiced Nuts
1 tablespoon Olive Oil 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper 2 tablespoons Sugar 1 tablespoon Honey 1 1/2 cups Pecan Halves Kosher Salt
Place a large, non-stick skillet on the stovetop and set to medium heat Add oil, ginger, curry and cayenne Sauté until aromatic (about 5 seconds) Add sugar, honey and nuts Cook until nuts are well coated (about 5-6 minutes) Place nuts on a cookie sheet lined with foil, separating nuts that have stuck together Season nuts with salt Cool nuts and store in an airtight container at room temperature
