Brunch-Ready Frozen Mimosas

A brunch is not complete without mimosas. Refreshing and just bubbly enough, it's light yet playful, the perfect accompaniment to a leisurely meal straddling breakfast and lunch. 

Though orange juice mixed with champagne is the classic mimosa recipe, there are also many easy twists you can put on this staple sipper. Start by adding ice, then let your imagination run wild to make your fizzy brunch-drink dreams come true. Here are a few ideas:

Cranberry-Citrus Frozen Mimosa 
Cranberry and a touch of grapefruit adds a subtle and delicious tartness to a classic mimosa. 

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces champagne 
  • 2 ounces orange juice 
  • 1 ounce grapefruit juice
  • 1 ounce cranberry juice
  • Grapefruit slices for garnish
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish

Directions

Strawberry Pink Lemonade Frozen Mimosa

  • 3 ounces frozen strawberry concentrate 
  • 2 ounces lemon juice 
  • 1 ounce liquid sugar 
  • Strawberry halves for garnish 

Directions

Directions

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 1 ounce blackberry sorbet 
  • 1 cup light cream 
  • Sugar for glass rims 
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Directions

  • Splash lemon juice 
  • Blood orange slices for garnish
